As a mobile service, I allow 30‑minutes between appointments. However, on rare occasions, I may arrive slightly later than planned due to roadworks or unforeseen delays. Please allow for this when planning your appointment. While I always aim to be punctual, some things are simply out of my control. Rest assured, if I’m ever running behind, I will keep you informed and make every effort to ensure your treatment time remains uninterrupted and unhurried.

I pride myself on delivering exactly what you’ve booked, the time you choose is hands‑on time. This means the clock only starts once your treatment begins, not during your consultation or setup.
